Birthday Weekend

I had a great birthday weekend. It is great when you get to celebrate your birthday all week or weekend long. It started on Saturday. Jeff and I spent the day taking a beautiful drive through Monterey Bay and Carmel (about an hour 1/2 south of San Jose). There is a road on that goes through the Del Monte forest and along the coast that is called The 17 mile drive. There is 21 viewpoints to stop at along the way, the last being pebble beach, that are absolutely gorgeous. we stopped at one of the beaches and ate lunch, and walked along a beach in Carmel that had the softest sand I have ever felt. It was a blast to spend a day away and not think about work or homework. It was just the way I would want to spend a day with my amazing husband. Sunday we had a great birthday dinner with Jeff's family. Monday(my actual birthday) was mostly a normal day. After work Jeff took me out to dinner to the most amazing pizza place ever, Pizz'a Chicago! I had a great birthday and thank you for all of the birthday wishes. They were much appreciated!!My husband is such a hottie

As you might be able to tell I am a little nervous standing on this rock because of the wave that is coming up behind me. It only got me a little wet.

Those are a ton of seals on the bottom of the rock, they are really noisy too.

Beautiful Pebble Beach Golf Course

As I was taking a picture of Jeff, a man came up to us and offered to take a picture of us both. He told us to be cute and cuddly, look into the distance and act like he wasn't even there. I couldn't help but laugh while he was taking the picture so that is why the it turned out kinda goofy, but it is a fun story.
