What a fun week and especially weekend! We are so glad we were able to take this fun vacation with the Stubbs. We miss them already and can't wait to do it again!

Part 2...Disneyland
Friday and Saturday of our fun filled week were spent at Disneyland. Jennifer and the kids and I went down Friday and then Stephen and Jeff came down that night and spent Saturday with us at Disneyland. They have annual passes and so they were able to show us the ropes and how to do things right at the parks. We were able to hit all the rides we wanted to multiple times and never stood in line very long. They even got me to go on some rides that i thought I would never go on. It is fun to be with kids at Disneyland because you can act like a kid as you run around with them and you don't feel stupid being so silly.
Here we are on Splash Mountain where Jeff got soaked.
The very last ride we went on was Indiana Jones. They are making their best scared faces. Don't worry they aren't really scared. Random note: I love the atmosphere of this one as you stand in line.
Here is the Ferris Wheel at California Adventure that I didn't think I would be going on. I actually went on it twice. First with Dallin in one that is still as it goes around and then a second time with Jen, Steve, Aubrey, Camden and Lyndee on one that swings as is goes around. By the end I was crying, but from laughter. Lyndee was so funny while on the ride. You had to be there though. What an experience.
Me and Camden on the bumper cars. I drove since camden told me he didn't know how to drive. (even though he really could do it) Camden said at the end that "we got everybody!", Mommy and Aubrey and Dallin and Lyndee. It was fun going on some of the kiddie rides with the Camden and Lyndee. Aubrey and Dallin could go on most of the rides and they went on most of the rides. They were really brave.
Friday afternoon Lyndee and I waited by the water fountain while the rest of them went on Soarin Over California. While we were sitting in the exact spot Lyndee is sitting, Minnie and Mickey Mouse came right up to us and sat next to Lyndee. I was so surprised that they came and sat next to us that I almost missed the picture opportunity. Lyndee was so excited.
Aubrey and I on the new Toy Story ride. This was new for me and I loved it. Thanks Aubrey for teaching how to play. (It is an interactive 3D Ride.)

Aubrey and I were the only ones that went on the Rapids ride. I was barely wet after the last drop. I was very impressed or just lucky I guess. But just as we were coming around the last corner and waving to Jen and the other kids, Jen pointed to something behind us with a surprised look on her face, we turned to look and a geyser of water was shooting straight up and we went right over it. We were completely soaked from head to toe. Expect for the few dry spots you can see in the picture. It was fun though. It kept me cool for the rest of the afternoon and it was nice not to be hot and sweating that afternoon.
Here is another ride I thought I would never go on, same with Jeff. The Maliboomer. But we decided to be adventurous after watching Stephen and Aubrey go on it. It was a little scary but more fun. Definitely a thrill. I am on the far left and Jeff is next to me. We are just about to be shot straight up really fast and them dropped.
