Thanksgiving in Utah
We decided at the last minute to go to Utah for Thanksgiving. I am so glad we did despite the 21 hour drive home that should have only taken us 14 hours. It was good to see so many people that we hadn't seen for so long. It was good to help my parents out in a challenging time for them. We ate a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner and enjoyed being with everyone! We took Rhona along for the first time. She loved it! She was perfect on the whole car ride to and from. The magnum drove wonderfully which is a relief since it was the first long drive we have taken it on since we got it. We did some midnight shopping at a mad house Walmart. :) I was horrible at taken pictures this trip. :( The only pictures I got where some pictures of Rhona. It was her first experience in the snow and she loved it. We got booties for her feet since her breed is prone to frost bite. (She's not really a snow dog) The video I put up is her first experience with the booties on. That was hilarious. She got use to them and did great in the snow. She got a little frost bite on one foot, the booties didn't keep out all the snow so Jeff had to duck tape them on her. We are excited to be going back so soon for Christmas!! We can't wait to see everyone again and some family that we weren't able to see during Thanksgiving.

Sounds like you had a ton of fun! I feel so sad for Rhona that she got frostbite. I hope she is all better! I also hope that your family is doing well. It makes me sad to hear that they are having a challenging time.
