March Madness

March began with two mostly wonderful weeks. The wonderful part was.... Jeff graduated from Chiropractic School!!! After 4 long, hard years he is officially a doctor!  I will post more about that with pictures later. The not so wonderful part was Jeff was sick the first few days and then I was even more sick than he was the rest of the time. It was awful!! I had gotten away with not getting sick my entire pregnancy until that time. So on top of being miserable pregnant, back pain, hip pain, heartburn, sleep deprived and pain in every other possible place, I also had the worst soar throat of my life for two weeks. (no, it ended up NOT being strep, just a horrible cold/flu) BLAH! Besides that it was wonderful seeing my amazing husband graduate. When we came back my step-mother-in-law, Debbie came out and helped us finish moving into our new place. I was still sick when she was here so it was so great to have her help getting our house put together before the baby came. At this time I was about 36 weeks pregnant.

On March 24, 2012 Dr. Amir, the doctor Jeff interned for, and his wife threw us a baby shower. It was so nice of them!! They are the couple on the left with their son Navid.

Adorable Cake!!

March 31, 2012 our friend Jeff Taylor had a Mixed Martial Arts fight that we went to and cheered him on. As you can tell, he won!

Here we are cheering him on. This is the only picture of me closest to when I delivered CJ. This was Saturday March 31st and I had CJ Tuesday April 3rd, two weeks early. I had fun at the fight but it was definitely hard on my body to be walking so much and then sitting in a hard chair. I had been having minor contractions that whole week. I am glad a went though!
