Mama and Pop Pops Visit Part 1

Back in September Christopher's Mama and Pop Pops came to visit us!! Even though they were in the middle of moving in California they stopped for a week and spent some quality time with us. It was a wonderful week. We are so grateful for their love, support, generosity and kindness. CJ loves his Mama and Pop Pops and was so happy to spend a whole week with them. We can't wait for the next visit. Hopefully we can all make a visit out to their new house soon!

We did so many things, most I have in pictures but is one thing I didn't get a picture of that I want to remember. First, they spent a lot of hours making our front yard look beautiful. They planted flowers and trimmed bushes and fixed the walkway. I am so grateful!!! It looks beautiful and it feels so good to walk up to the house of a beautiful yard. Thank you!!

Here is Pop Pops and Jeff putting together a gift from Aunt Jennie. CJ loves his new jumper activity center! Thanks Aunt Jennie!

Lots of great snuggling time with Mama! Rocko misses Mama and Pop Pops too.

CJ with his friend Jack sitting in the cat's toy at a friends house. We were at a friends house for dinner where our friends Jeff and Sydney announced they were pregnant! I am sooo excited!!

Rennaissance Festival
Not very many good pictures of this event, which makes me sad, but we had a blast. We love going to this festival with our friends. Great food, GREAT entertainment and great company. Next year we will be more prepared, like our friends were, and dress up! FUN FUN FUN!

CJ chillin' with his Daddy. The green hooded person in front of Jeff is his friend Jeff.

Sydney, Linda, Ron
Ron and Linda found an awesome handcrafted wooden rocker. I wanted it! Too bad it was lots and LOTS of money!

Downtown Frederick

Preztel Pizzas and Sandwiches. Yes the pizza and sandwiches are made with pretzel dough. They are to die for!! There are so many amazing places to eat downtown.
Me holding a bird. Okay not really. Did you believe me though? These are the coolest paintings on some of the buildings downtown.

I love downtown Frederick. Small and beautiful.
