Scary Santa or Brilliant Santa?

Last year we learned from a friend that you get a free picture with Santa at Bass Pro Shop. We got the cutest picture last year. I knew this year would be different though. I knew CJ was going to scream when I tried to get him to sit with Santa and that is exactly what happened. I was going to just hold him and stand next to Santa and get a good enough picture just because but then Santa did the most wonderful thing. He told me to sit in the chair and he walked away. We got a cute reindeer stuffed animal toy from the elf and CJ cheered up as he and I played with the reindeer. Santa then snuck up behind me and they quickly snapped a picture as CJ and I looked at Daddy. Brilliant! It turned out so cute and I couldn't be happier about it especially because I thought it was going to be a disaster. I actually would have bought the picture package, instead of just getting the one free picture, if we had the money because it turned out so cute and Santa was brilliant. I had never seen Santa do that before anywhere else. I always just see kids CJ's age screaming when they force their child to sit on Santa's lap. I am not putting down anyone for doing that as that is what I was thinking of doing but I see now that there is another way. :) Thanks Bass Pro Shop, we have one more reason to love you besides the million other reasons why we already do.
